About Zoo Negara

Zoo Negara, or the National Zoo of Malaysia, is a sprawling 110-acre park located in Ampang, Kuala Lumpur. Home to over 5,000 animals from 476 species, Zoo Negara is dedicated to wildlife conservation, education, and recreation. It offers a fun and educational day out for families, nature lovers, and animal enthusiasts.

Zoo Negara is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. It is located about 5 kilometers from Kuala Lumpur city center and is accessible by car or public transport. The nearest LRT station is Wangsa Maju, from where you can take a taxi to the zoo.
